MiniBle Warranty and 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
All MiniBle products carry a standard 12 month of domestic use warranty from date of purchase. An additional 12 month warranty can be obtained by registering as member on the Adveco website. We also offer a 100 day satisfaction guarantee to ensure our customers have the chance to experience the full benefits of MiniBle products and the Microbubble technology. MiniBle 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
The MiniBle 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee gives the customer the benefit of trying out the MiniBle products without risk. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the MiniBle product, simply return it within 100 days with proof of purchase for an exchange or refund. This guarantee applies for MiniBle branded products only. Excludes accessories and spare parts.
In order to qualify for the money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- Purchase a brand new MiniBle branded product directly from Adveco, or from an Adveco authorised retailer and obtain proof of purchase/tax invoice.
- Install and try the MiniBle product for 30 days in a suitable domestic use environment, with sufficient water mains pressure as laid out per MiniBle specification.
- If making a satisfaction guarantee claim, customer must contact Adveco representative first or fill in an RMA form on the Adveco website.
- Tax invoice, full MiniBle product including packaging and parts must be returned in full and in undamaged condition.
Claim procedure
Customers should check if they meet the satisfaction guarantee conditions before making a claim. The customer must contact an Adveco representative or fill in a claim form on the Adveco website to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorisation, RMA number before returning the product. A tracking number must be provided if the product is returned via post. Once the returned product is inspected by Adveco representative, the claim and refund will be processed within 10 days. All refund excludes any shipping costs incurred in the original purchase.
MiniBle Product Warranty
All products carry a 12 month standard warranty for domestic use, with an additional 12 months for Adveco website members (additional period only applies for MiniBle branded products, excludes accessories and consumable parts).
Domestic Use
This warranty covers faults in product construction, materials and assembly supplied for Domestic Use. For the purposes of this warranty ‘Domestic Use’ means use for all residential or personal accommodation applications such as private dwellings and retirement villages.
Products which are found upon inspection by an authorised Adveco representative to be defective in construction, material or assembly, will be repaired or exchanged with an equivalent product free of charge within the warranty period. Replaced items become Adveco’s property.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty will apply only under all of the following conditions:
- The item has been installed for and subjected to domestic use only.
- Failure is due to a fault in the manufacture of the product.
- Proof of purchase (including the date of purchase) is provided.
- The installation of the product is in accordance with the instructions provided.
This warranty does not include faults caused by:
- Unsuitable, improper use leading physical damages outside of normal applications.
- Incorrect installation or installation not in accordance with the instructions provided.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Inadequate or complete lack of maintenance.
- Chemical, electro-chemical or electrical influences.
- Harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners used on product finishes.
Exclusions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adveco excludes all liability for damage or injury to any person, damage to any property, and any indirect consequential or other loss or damage.
Claim Procedure
For all warranty queries customers are to contact the retailer where the product was purchased. These details can be found on your purchase invoice. Alternatively, customers can submit a Return Merchandise Authorisation request via the Adveco website.
Please note, customers are responsible for returning product (including shipping) to the original store of purchase for inspection. A tracking number must be provided if returning via post. Once the warranty claim is approved, replacement product can be collected from original store of purchase or be sent back as agreed between the customer and Adveco.
The benefits given by this warranty are in addition to the other rights and remedies that consumers may have under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable laws.
